Fabulous Art in February

8th Grade Graphic Novelists

Spelman, your graphic novels are due Wednesday!  We will work on your cover pages and color IN CLASS!  Morehouse, your novels are due next week, so you will have class time this week to work on your ideas and artwork.

Vocabulary will be given this week, need to be looked up (by you!) and tested!  Get ready to inflate your brains with all the knowledge!  Questions?  jhillman@cpcsschool.org.

7th Grade Social Action Poster-makers

The work is coming along nicely and those who signed up to paint will need to first earn their painting licenses, which will happen during Lunch/Park time on Wednesday.  Study the steps on how to clean your brushes and you will be all set to paint your posters later this week.

6th Grade and Personalized License Plates

What is YOUR design?
This week you will be taught about watercolor techniques that will be implemented in your state license plates.  It's been a big project, but the results (including a more in-depth knowledge of geographic locations) are worth it!
